The breakfast was great! I ordered a delicious omelette prepared perfectly. Coffee was also fantastic. Staff was friendly. They efficiently stored milk for my daughter, I really appreciate that. The hotel location is super good, close to many restaurants and also the seafront.
I noticed our shower could use some refurbishment. A taller head would be great since i'm tall.

Really good Hotel Experience

clean roomspacious roomfunky smell
I stayed in late May. The room was notably clean and spacious. Staff helped me download the Trainlink app for travel to London. The lounge was inviting and the Indigo Restaurant staff catered to every need. I saw squirrels and a fox from my room overlooking the Steyne Gardens. The hotel is near shops and my bench at the ocean.
The manager insisted on checking my card even after I prepaid. He suspected I might order on the room. My room was on the ground floor and smelled funky. The decor seemed dated for the price.
